President
Jeff Scott is the President of Triple S Services. Jeff brings 21 years of Development and Project Management experience from multiple industries including oil and gas, defense, production, and power. Jeff is also a subject matter expert on logistics and materials management for capital projects, previously establishing a warehousing program spanning four states in the US for the second largest power utility in the country. Jeff can establish a zero-defect materials management and procurement system from scratch, train employees to follow best practices appropriate for project needs, and turn over fully operational warehousing programs for customers.
Director of Operations
Stanley Padgett is the Director of Operations for Triple S Services. Stan brings 25 years of construction knowledge, both as a business owner and as a contracted consultant. Stan is a field engineer, that has specialized in Utility Grade Water projects, while overseeing diverse construction efforts to include the Space X Launch Pad in Nassau, and countless road and civil construction projects. Stan brings a unique mix of field-construction experience coupled with deep knowledge as a field engineer. Stan can build any building/road/bridge/or utility project for any customer, and ensure that quality, cost, schedule, and scope are upheld. Stan has trained and led small teams continuously throughout his career on projects of intense complexity and has taken that knowledge to multiple projects which are better highlighted under the project highlight section.

Paul Simms is Senior Project Superintendent and cofounder of Triple S Services. Paul brings unmatched competence in civil work, from building roads to marinas. Paul has done every type of project done by Triple S Services and has unquestionable competency in multiple construction fields. Paul provides our leadership team context leveraging his 35 years of experience. Paul is a master trainer and a hands on leader in the field, ensuring that project work is done to standard.
